I'm back! From chicken chop to lalala, I never grow up!
After a long hiatus, I'm back in action. For long? I'm not sure, but I'll certainly try (yah rite, I wanted to give up barely an hour into this after I saw the programming stuff).
Anyway, I used to blog with the alias Chicken Chop (no, it's not my favourite food; it's 'coz of my lack of creativity then) and now after 5 minutes of brainstorming, my new blog title - "everyday is lalala". I know it still signals a lack of creativity, but trust me! I know what I'm doing this time... Whenever I'm happy, I'll add "lalala" to my msn, so I hope everyday will be a "lalala" for me and the people I love! *muackz*
Of course, it's also a special day for me! *hee* I'm 22! lalala... My dearest baby, with the help of Sharon and Huihua, gave me a pleasant surprise at 12am Singapore time (6pm Sweden time). Though there were a few miscommunications in between (my baby, now loser pp), it was a hilarious attempt anyways... And a lovely gift that I couldn't complain about - jia ba lang (odd combination) flowers :) Thank you my dear...
Then, later at night, I had the sudden craving to... not eat, but bake!! Yes!! I pestered Wen to find baking recipes for me, given that we only have egg, flour, sugar and salt here. And she gave me lotsa recipes, which I narrowed down to 2 - simple shortbread cookie http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1610,147160-241201,00.html and super simple peanut butter cookies http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1910,146170-255192,00.html (went out to ICA supermarket specially to buy peanut butter - deprived of it for the past 5 mths here). The end result? Check out Huihua's blog. I'm sure she'll post it! It tastes quite good actually, though it wasn't very successful.
By the time we finished baking, it was already 12 midnite. So yes, I was crazy, but I had fun! Hope Sharon and Huihua enjoyed the baking too! :) Sorry to hear that Huihua is having a headache now... time to sleep babe... *yawn* I need my bed now... Ciao for now!
May tomorrow (or rather, today) be a "lalala" day too! Nitez!
